Introduction: Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne viral disease caused by dengue virus (DENV) - single stranded RNA virus, belongs to the genus Flavivirus. Objective: To determine frequency of bleeding diathesis amongst patients presenting with in tertiary care hospital Methodology: This study was descriptive cross-sectional piloted at Medicine Department, Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar for duration six months from June 2021 December 2021. Totally 135 were included our study. All information like gender, age, sign and symptoms recorded on predesigned Performa. data analyzed using SPSS version 24. Results: In this study, total included.
